🎁 GIFT CARDS & PACKAGES
Q: Do you sell gift cards?
Yes! Digital gift cards are available in custom amounts and can be used toward group sound baths, 1:1 sessions, retreats, or product purchases. You’ll receive a printable email version upon purchase.
Q: Can I send a gift certificate to someone else?
Yes! You can email it directly to them or print it out and wrap it with a bow. If you’d like help creating a custom message or delivery experience, just reach out.
Q: Can gift cards be used for bowl purchases?
No. Gift cards purchased through Lotus Moon Sound Spa are only valid for sound baths, digital products, or chakra merchandise—not Crystal Tones bowl purchases.

Q: What are the $11 sound bath recordings?
These are downloadable audio experiences recorded during live or studio sessions—designed for grief, fertility, heartbreak, or nervous system reset. Think: "sound baths for real shit."
Q: How do I download them?
After purchase, you’ll get an instant download link via email. You can stream or save the file to your device.
Q: Can I buy recordings as a gift?
Absolutely. Just use the recipient’s email at checkout or purchase a gift card they can redeem on their own.
🔔 CRYSTAL TONES BOWLS
Q: Do you sell Crystal Tones® Alchemy Bowls?
Yes. I am an official distributor through my new site, Lotus Moon Alchemy Temple, launching August 2025. I carry select inventory and place custom orders directly from the Crystal Tones temple showroom in Salt Lake City.
Q: How do I buy a bowl from you?
You can:
Book a private bowl consultation (in person or Zoom)
Browse the online inventory (limited in-stock options updated monthly)
Request a custom curation if you're looking for a specific note, chakra, or alchemy
Q: Can I try the bowls before I buy?
Yes! Local clients are welcome to visit Lotus Moon Alchemy Temple in Thousand Oaks. Out-of-towners can book an RV overnight stay or a video consult.
Q: Do you offer payment plans for bowls?
Yes. I honor the same payment plan options Crystal Tones does—typically 3–6 months. You’ll need to make a non-refundable deposit and sign a short agreement. DM or email to apply.
Q: Are your bowls authentic?
Every bowl sold through me is a genuine Crystal Tones® Alchemy Singing Bowl, ordered directly from the Utah showroom or hand-selected by me. I do not sell knockoffs, factory seconds, or frosted bowls.
📦 SHIPPING, RETURNS, & SUPPORT\
Q: Do you ship merchandise?
Yes! Chakra kits, sprays, and other physical items ship within 3–5 business days via USPS. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order goes out.
Q: Do you ship bowls?
Yes. Bowls are shipped insured, in custom padded cases, and require signature confirmation. Shipping is free for U.S. orders over $2,000. Local pickup is also available.
Q: What’s your return policy?
Due to the energetic nature of these tools, all sales are final. If something arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of receipt and we’ll make it right.
Q: Can I exchange or return a bowl?
No. Bowls are sacred instruments and are not eligible for return or exchange. I take great care to guide you to the right match, so please reach out for a consultation if you're unsure.
